戶外一體化綜合柜
我公司生產(chǎn)的戶外綜合柜是為滿足移動通信分布式基站的無機(jī)房建設(shè)要求而提出,滿足室外通信環(huán)境以及設(shè)備安裝所指定的技術(shù)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對于各類采用分布式設(shè)備(BBU+RRU)的戶外微蜂窩、宏蜂窩等都可參照執(zhí)行,并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況配置通信設(shè)備安裝區(qū)及集成電源系統(tǒng)等。在室外安裝的通信機(jī)柜,機(jī)柜內(nèi)配備安裝通信設(shè)備、電源、電池、溫控設(shè)備及其他配套設(shè)備(如ODF等)的格艙,能為內(nèi)部設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行提供可靠的機(jī)械和環(huán)境保護(hù)的可拆式拼裝機(jī)柜,可安裝于戶外山頂、樓頂?shù)入y以搬運(yùn)的地方,具備良好的防風(fēng)、防沙、防雨、防曬及防盜等功能,隔熱阻燃型機(jī)柜殼體是由低導(dǎo)熱夾層阻燃材料組成,滿足現(xiàn)場散件拼裝,防護(hù)等級IP55。機(jī)柜設(shè)備艙內(nèi)采用空調(diào)、熱交換器等進(jìn)行換熱方式。

外觀與表面處理
機(jī)柜表面涂層顏色使用灰白色或淺灰色,涂層符合GB/T3181-1995中的要求。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
1、 室外機(jī)柜內(nèi)由可安裝電源設(shè)備、通信設(shè)備、配線設(shè)備(ODF)、溫控設(shè)備(可選)、蓄電池及其他備附件的功能區(qū)組成。根據(jù)實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況,機(jī)柜內(nèi)可分設(shè)為通信設(shè)備安裝區(qū)、電池艙等若干個(gè)艙。
2、 室外機(jī)柜材料采用厚度不小于50mm的絕熱阻燃板材料,絕熱阻燃板內(nèi)外采用厚度不小于0.5mm的彩鋼板。芯材導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小于0.041W/m.K,板材導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)不大于0.472W/(㎡.K)。
監(jiān)控告警
室外一體化機(jī)柜具備環(huán)境量告警的采集功能。外部環(huán)境的告警信息采用于節(jié)點(diǎn)方式通過基站傳送到網(wǎng)管OMC。告警狀態(tài)開關(guān)量采用繼電器實(shí)現(xiàn),防止采集器帶電或不共地造成主設(shè)備損壞。溫度、煙感安裝在綜合柜頂部,水浸傳感器安裝在底部。當(dāng)綜合柜發(fā)生門開動作時(shí)時(shí),發(fā)出告警信號,并能將告警信號以開關(guān)量的方式傳給動環(huán)監(jiān)控采集器。當(dāng)機(jī)柜內(nèi)溫度超出規(guī)定范圍時(shí),發(fā)出高溫告警,并能將告警信號以開關(guān)量的方式傳給動環(huán)監(jiān)控采集器。
組裝方式
戶外機(jī)柜同時(shí)支持整裝式(整裝發(fā)貨現(xiàn)場吊裝)和拼接式(散件發(fā)貨現(xiàn)場拼接)兩種組裝方式。如單機(jī)柜不能滿足建設(shè)要求需要增加機(jī)柜擴(kuò)容時(shí),可滿足與擴(kuò)容機(jī)柜之間的規(guī)范連接擴(kuò)容要求。按照肩并肩模式進(jìn)行機(jī)柜擴(kuò)容,同時(shí)擴(kuò)容機(jī)柜與原有機(jī)柜滿足設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行的交、直流供電設(shè)備安裝的空間要求。

PREFACE
Outdoor integrated cabinet manufactured by our company is brought forward in order to meet the construction requirements for distributed mobile communication base station without machine room. It satisfies the technical standards for outdoor communication environment and equipment installation. All kinds of distributed equipment (BBU+RRU) of outdoor Micro-cell and Macro-cell can refer to our specifications, and the customer can also configure the cabinet with communication equipment installation area and integrated power system according to the actual situation. Cabins inside the cabinet enables the installation of communication equipment, power supply, battery, air conditioning equipment or other equipment (such as ODF). This detachable assembled cabinet provides reliable mechanical and environmental protection for interior equipment and can be installed on the mountain top, roof or other places that are inconvenient for transportation. The cabinet features anti-wind, anti-sand, anti-rain, anti-sun, anti-theft function ant etc. Its thermal insulated and flame retardant shell is composed of a low thermal conductive laminated fire retardant material. The cabinet meets the on-site assembly requirement, and its protection class is IP55. The equipment cabin transfers heat by air conditioner or heat exchanger.

2. Appearance and Surface Treatment
The cabinet surface coating color is grey or light grey, and the coating meets the requirement of GB/T in 3181-1995.
3. Structure
3.1 Outdoor cabinet can be composed of power equipment, communication equipment, wiring equipment (ODF), temperature control equipment (optional), battery and other accessories functional area. Based on the actual application, the cabinet can be divided into communication equipment installation area, battery cabin and other cabins.
3.2 Outdoor cabinet uses thermal insulated and flame retardant material with thickness not less than 50mm, and its inner and outer surfaces are covered with color steel plates whose thickness is not less than 0.5mm. The coefficient of thermal conductivity of core material is less than 0.041W/m·K, and that of plate is less than 0.472W/ (m2·K).
4 Monitoring Alarms
Outdoor integrated cabinet has alarm function for environment. The alarm information of external environment is transmitted through the base station node to the network management OMC by dry connector. Digital alarm status is achieved by using relays in case of the charged collector or no-common ground. Temperature and smoke sensors are arranged at the top part of the integrated cabinet, and water sensor is mounted at the bottom. When the cabinet door opens, it send alarm signal to the dynamic environment monitoring collector using switch quantity. When the temperature of the cabinet exceeds the limit, it sends a high temperature alarm and inform the dynamic environment monitoring collector using switch quantity.
5 Assembly Method
The cabinet can be delivered as a whole (assembled in the factory) or in parts (assembled on site). If single cabinet is insufficient for construction requirements, additional cabinets can be added according to expansion standards. The expansion is accomplished using side-by-side mode. The expanded and original cabinets meet the spatial requirements for the installation of DC or AC power supply devices that are necessary for normal operation of the equipment.
